Carol is one member of a large extended family of Jemez potters. Carol is the sister of other Jemez potters Geraldine Sandia, Mary Helen Loretto and Shirley Chinana. Carol has a daughter Nanette who also pots. Carol and her sisters do a similar stone-polished polychromatic style that is both high in quality and value.
